Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +20 100 9164653, or through our Facebook , Instagram pages. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original, brand-new condition.
• Never have been worn or washed.
• Include all original packaging and labels, including the polybag, ticket, and hangtag.

Returns and exchanges are handled through our shipping partners.

Refunds

For approved returns, you will be refunded the full value of the returned products, excluding the original shipping fee.

For example, if your order was 500 EGP + 55 EGP shipping, your refund will be 500 EGP.

The shipping fee will only be refunded if:

• We sent you a different product, color, or size from what you ordered.
• You received a defective item. In this case, please send us a clear photo showing the manufacturing defect, and our team will take care of the rest.
